Piper's Place Discovery Museum
Join us for our Music and Movement Time, a dance session made just for little ones of all skill levels! Kids will wiggle, jump, and dance along to fun, kid-friendly music while building skills like coordination, confidence and direction following all while getting the wiggles out. Public Speaking & County Event Prep
UF/IFAS Extension Nassau County
Nassau and Duval County 4-H are teaming up for our upcoming Fun Shop designed to help youth feel confident and prepared! Through engaging activities and real-life examples, we’ll focus on speeches, demonstrations, and illustrated talks. We’ll also cover other exciting entry opportunities such as photography, cooking, and Share the Fun. Bring along your County Events entries for your agents to review and provide helpful feedback. Darts night at the Moose
Sign up starts at 6:30 PM. Cost is $7 per person to play. We also have a High/Low that you can enter for an additional $4 where the High out and the Low out of the night win prizes. Teams are determined by a blind draw. Come on out and have a fun night of darts. Tournament is open to all members and signed in guests

Toddler Times: Storytime & Crafting
Thursdays at 10am | Paisley Grace Makery Tiny hands, big imagination, and just the right amount of happy mess. ✨Toddler Time is where stories come alive, crafts get a little painty, and memories are made— without you having to clean up afterward (you’re welcome). Each week in January, we’ll gather for a cozy story time + coordinating hands-on craft designed especially for toddlers and their grown-ups.
Annual African American Read-In
The National African American Read-In was established in 1990 by the Black Caucus of the National Council of Teachers of English to make literacy a significant part of Black History Month. This event will be hosted by Marsha Dean Phelts, author of An American Beach for African Americans. The public has been invited to participate by bringing a 2-3 minute reading from any material written by an African American. Participation is encouraged, but not required with attendance.

Late Night Shopping

Umpire Clinic & Ole Timers Game
We’re hosting the district 11 umpires clinic again. We’d love for you all to come out. I will be cooking pulled pork and chicken leg quarters. We’re also going to do and “ole timers” game. It’ll be a great chance for everyone to come out have a good time. Learn/refresh the rules from the district umpires.
Feeding Nassau: Community Outreach
Join us as we help assemble food packs for local families! "In Nassau County, about 9% of residents and over 13% of children live below the federal poverty line. In our public schools, around half of students rely on free or reduced-price lunches, and multiple campuses qualify as Title I schools, meaning they serve a high concentration of students from low-income households."

Chili Cookoff
Competing teams will create their best chili recipes and provide tastings over a 2.5-hour window in hopes of becoming this year's chili champion. There will also be live music, an interactive kid zone, arts and crafts, and more!
