Small class sizes create an intimate environment hosted in Salt Restaurant. After each demonstration, students dine with a matched wine and return to the set for the next dish. The final demonstration is by the pastry chefs.

Greenway trail will follow, where we will observe local saltmarsh plants and animals that define and depend upon this productive habitat.
